Is eating too much eggs bad
Ive been eating like almost the dozen a day. I mean the whole eggs. I was eating the egg white only but started not liking it so i eat the whole shit now. I eat 5 for breakfest scrambled and another 5 before going to bed but boiled.

I guess there are still some uncertanty about this. Before, people thought that the cholesterol in the yolks were yellow death. But recent studies show that it isnt as bad as people think. But still, 12 a day is a lot.
I go by the blodtype diet, and it tell me, being blodtype 0, that i should avoid eggs. So ive cut down my inntake drasically. With good effects on my digestion, and my apperance. WOrth to take into consideration.

If you're worried about your cholestoral intake, just pull out a few yolks. Or more than a few if you're eating ALOT of them. Realistically, the only way to really know if you're in danger is to get some bloodwork done and check your cholestoral levels. Generally I just play it by ear and try to use common sense... if I'm eating six eggs, I'll pull three yolks out. You'd probably be more comfortable just getting the analysis done if you're worried about it though.

It's not the cholesterol in foods that affects your cholesterol, it's the saturated fat.

i eat the equivalent of about 24 egg whites a day. egg whites are a great source of quality protein. i would cut down on the yolks though. say for every dozen, only 3 whole eggs. a dozen egg yolks contain a lot of fat...

i eat 6 egg whites for breakfast with only one yolk. i ate whole eggs while bulking and another prob i had was all the sulfur in the eggs made me a stinky bastard. i had more BO when working out and my farts could choke a herd of billy goats. that was enough reason for me to go with whites. the taste isnt that much different i just put pepper sauce on em anyway.

I use a ratio of 1 yolk per 3 egg whites.... works rather nicely

I usually go with 2 whole eggs and 4 more white! |

I have an egg white omelet at least once a day.
5 whites, 2-3 chopped up mushrooms. Nice non-stick pan and you can avoid any oil. When I'm not trying to cut I stick some bacon or sausage in there. (I think half the reason I cut out the yolks was the damn smell) |
