My Diet

Wake up-5 Whole Eggs, 3 pieces whole wheat bread toast...3 flaxgels

workout

1 scoop Serious Mass, 1 Scoop on whey, 8 oz whole milk

chicken breast and sweet potato

Steak and sweet potato

Protein bar while at work

5 whole eggs 3 pieces of whole wheat bread toast. 3 flax gels

Not exactly sure what the cals are at...but what do you guys think? been doing this for about a month now...

looks like this is what you're getting approximately:

source grams cals %total
Total: 3161
Fat: 100 899 30%
Sat: 31 281 9%
Poly: 18 164 5%
Mono: 36 320 11%
Carbs: 299 1109 36%
Fiber: 22 0 0%
Protein: 258 1033 34%
Alcohol: 0 0 0%

I say not enough protein. you need to eat more meals. same things, but MORE.

thank you so much sana for that...it is a Great help. i am only 140 lbs (5'3 ) so 3k cals is probably a good number for me right?

Looks like your finally starting to get the idea of things. Looks good bro, maybe add in 1 more meal with a meat source. Its not a bad diet for your stats, once you get bigger you will have to add in more cals.

I need to wake up a bit earlier then, thats all....by the way...the one scoop of Serious Mass is a half serving. A whole serving is 2 scoops and 1250 cals, and 50g protein, i do 1 scoop of Serious Mass which is 25g protein and 625 cals and add in the scoop of whey, also a banana in there...
