Wondering about my diet??

I have been making good gains, but I am just wondering if what i'm doing is alright. I am more of a PL then a BB. However, right now I am planning on bulking to 235 or so and start cutting the fat down, but trying to keep the weight if that makes sense. I only have around 10lbs to go well here is pretty much my diet. O forgot to mention I am 19 and live in the dorms so it's kinda tuff to eat right

Meal one: 8:30 slim fast, yogurt and some vitamin D milk

Meal 2: 10:30 Protein bar or some type of oatmeal bar

Meal 3: 12:00 I have a few choices here they usually range from beef stirfry, 12chicken nuggets from chic fila, sub sandwich, cheeseburgers, beef philles those are pretty much my options there

Meal 4: 2:00 Protein shake with vit D milk/ lately weight gainer

3:00 workout

Meal 5: 5-6o'clock- Weight gainer/ or protein shake

Meal 6: 8:00 either 8hard boiled eggs and a lot of milk or 5 scrambled eggs 6 pieces of bacon and a glass of milk

Meal 7: 10:00 Chicken Tenders Milk

Meal 8: 12:00 Protein shake

Sometimes i'll eat some Tuna intead of one of these meals and some milk with it. I usally eat 1can of tuna a day or atleast every other day. Last year I gained 55lbs without the weight gainer. Gained 100lbs on my bench and that was with Westside style of training which might I add I think I was overtraining on and have came back smarter than ever.

I also take these supps: 1multi vitamin, I take 3pills from Total EFA's, 1joint pill, 1vitamin E pill, and lately since i've been sick 1 vitamin C pill.

O almost forgot I have also been injecting B12 or a Bcomplex everday.

Well time for some critisism

Slim Fast is complete garbage, although you live in the a dorm, there has to be something better than Slim Fast. A plain protein shake beats Slim Fast. Your breakfast needs to be a little better, it seriously is the most important meal of the day. There has to be a way you can cook up some eggs/egg whites.

Not a meal. Protein bars are generally trash and an oatmeal bar cannot provide adequate macronutrients. A can of tuna would be a little more idea. Something like a George Foreman grill is perfect for a dorm room, you can marinate plain chicken, put it on the Foreman for 8 minutes and you have a high protein MEAL.

Not too bad, replace the bacon with some lean turkey, this wouldnt be a bad breakfast.

Make sure this isnt 100% whey.

Thanks for the comments. Yeah my g/f lives off campus and that's the only weight I can get my eggs made so i'm lucky there, but she lives a good 10min away. She has a George Foreman grill and I have started using that at night to cooking a steak or some chicken here and there.

The protein bars I eat are homeade and good. I have no other option for that time of the day b/c I am literally in class at that time. I know my breakfast sucks and sometimes I do get a protein shake in instead.

Well I am more of a PL than a BB right now b/c I really like the strenght aspects that come along with it. Also I don't have to worry about the fat I am carrying around. However, I do still want to look good so that is where the BB comes in and yes it is really hard to do this in college

whey protein is digested the quickest. at night before bed, you want to take in protein that burns slower.

you could drink a casein shake, or egg protein powder. you could also eat something like eggs or chicken breasts.

if whey is your only option then get a fiber supplement to take with your shake to slow the digestion.
