yellowjacket shake
i finaly made the shake you suggested but i put a lil more PB in cuzz 1 tbsp didnt seem enough so i used 2. i also added a bannana i was woundering if thats ok cuzz of all the sugar? other that that i folled your directions it tastes good. kinda weird drinkin lil pices of blended oats. thanks i will add this to my 8 egg breakfast.

i guess i should have listed the content.
16oz milk or water 1 table spoon natty. peanut butter (i use 2) 1 table spoon flax seed oil 1/3 cup oats protein powder i also added a bannana witch im not sure yet if its ok waiting on cheff JY opinion. |

The banana is alright, good source of potassium.... I normally suiggest 2 tablespoons of natty peanut butter, but when you combine the fish oil, it gets to be too high calorie for me, unless Im bulking. Glad you like it, should back on the lbs and makes a good meal replacement.
