Post up some stats and some real goals (ie. wanting to lose 10lbs, etc.)

Best place to start is here:

Ive been slacking on the cardio lately. My gym is 30 min away and tired of driving there esp with gas so high and having no money lol. Im going to pay to cancel my membership and go to a gym here. I do lift here at home 3 times a week. I would go outside for my cardio but i live in a farm area and it kills my alergies

I recently cancelled my gym membership and started up with a club near my place. It's amazing what a difference it makes in my motivation to get there every day. Even if it's only 10 minutes closer, 4 times a week after a work commute is enough to make that 10 minutes matter.

Do what it takes if you're serious. Change gyms. Get up earlier. Buy some Claritin (or Walitin if you're near a Wal-mart).

Best of luck.
