ok I need help about eat right?????
I usually take a protein shake in the morning of 100% whey protein with milk and eat a bowl of cherrios. I usually tkae multi ultra mega gold vitamins with 1-AD and also a stacker T-3. At lunch I dont eat that health because im not a veggie kind of guy i usely eat alot of diary foods and a sub with potatoes or chessy fries and drink alot of water At dinner i eat a meat with corn or green beans those r the only veggies i like wiht mashpotatoes wiht a protein shake when i lift i take Higher power nutrition creatine 1000grams before i lift then after i lift i take a protein shake with milk..... I was wondering if I could get help on a healthy diet to gain muscle mass and kinda getting stacked...........what foods sound i eat???? how many protein shakes????? and how much creatine should i take a day?????/ because i wanna get all of nutritnes and minerals as well as protein also i kinda eat alot of fatty foods!!!! can someone be kind enough to help me fix my probelms by telling me what to eat? and what not to eat to gain muscle mass and eat healthy??????? thank you, smith I'd really appreciate it |

i hope that was a typo when you said you take 1000 grams of creatine before you lift. that miiiiight give you some stomach problems

this board contains plenty of info to answer your questions. but use common sense too...cheesy fries are not part of a healthy diet
