Sweet Potatoe's

I have been doing alot of research, and just wondering about Sweet potatoes.. what about them is good for you? theydo have carbs... right?

They are definitely good for you. They are a good source of lower GI complex carbs. There's nothing wrong with the right kind of carbs eaten in the right amounts at the right time. Brown rice and vegetables are two other good sources of carbs.

I peel 'em, chop 'em, boil them for about 30 minutes, mash them and then add a bit of cinnamon and cayenne pepper (then you don't need butter ). Delicious! Usually I have quite a bit leftover so I'll throw it in Tupperware and freeze it for lunches - heats up fine and still tastes great!

im gunna try that with my sweet potatoes now, i always just microwaved them, not too tasty that way

You can spray some Pam on it instead of butter. I also use Splenda.
