Ultimate Diet 2.0 by Lyle McDonald is fairly advanced but gives great insight on dieting.

Cutting while maintaining LBM is the primary concern of the book, but it covers cardio, dieting and training and gives an exact reason for everything.

I asked for this book for xmas, but all of my family members think I've gone overboard so they won't support my bodybuilding in any way. I guess I'll have to go buy it myself.
