when to take flax oil?

okay, dumb question but-
when would be good to incorporate flax oil into my meals. ive read you dont want to eat fats/ carbs at the same time.

That's true, you don't want to take fats and carbs in the same meal. I usually do protein and flax oil, throughout the day, then post workout take protein and carbs.

There is no reason to avoid combining fats and carbs, unless of course it's a high fat, high GI carb meal then obviously that wouldn't be wise. Also around workout it should be avoided. A small amount of fat can actually lower the GI of food and slow digestion(good things).
