quick meals
hey all. here is my problem, i have just started my own business and now im working 60+ hrs per wk and because of this my diet is suffering and weight is dropping pretty fast. can some of you guys give me a hand with some ideas of meals i could make in bulk then take to work and mircowave? ohh yeah and tastes good as well.

make some chicken the night before bro, make enough for a few days 3 days. Tkae some in those plastic plates they sell. On the morning heat it up and then again before eating it (microwave). Or those packets of tuna bro, help out too. They even sell canned chicken breast too, take a can opener. Meal replacements. I was working around 40-50hrs a week on the summer and took my meals to work which helped me out much. Gained 20 pounds on the summer. Take some protein bars with u.

I just cook 2-3x/wk. I usually just make bulk amounts of hard-boiled eggs, chicken breast, sweet potatoes, brown rice. Then I either grab a little of what I want or put them into individual meals the night before and can just grab my food quickly and heat it up--actually most the time I don't even have time to heat it up! I also use MRP's or meal replacement bars once in a while-right now I use the Kong bar.
