Check This Cutting Diet Out!
Just wanted to see what yall thought about what this guy wrote. Let me know if this is a good cutting cycle.

Its nothing revolutionary, the same principles preached by most on these boards, except he recommends glutamine, which is comical.

Good post nonetheless. I'm planning on starting a cutting routine Feb. 15 and have been looking for info. Good concise listing of basic principles that we probably all know to be true but need to follow better!
I think I'm gonna supplement good diet and cardio with some sort of thermogenic or other fat burner. I've been considering Chizled, but haven't decided for sure yet.

Man this is going to be my first time getting under 5%bf and this seems like too little food! I am going to compete in June and I am at 12%bf right now. You think this diet is enough or should I try something different? I am new to cutting so bare with me.

I'm cutting now too. Here is my diet and training schedule with some comments and tweaking from RedSquirrel and YJ.
Cutting diet. I'm not far enough into it yet to give you any great feedback but I did lose 4lbs the first week.
