I picked up liquid creatine...glutamine tablets
recommended serving is 1 tspn when u wake up and one prior to exercise
i'm planning on taking it after i workout, and then before i go to bed....is 1 tspn what i should be taking each time? that doesn't really seem like much i also picked up some glutamine capsules....6 is a serving, and 6 have 5400mg of l-glutamine...is 6 what i should be taking? the other post, most people responded w/ info about powder and i didn't get any powder so that's why im making another thread about the same stuff |

I can tell you now that YJ is gonna tell you that you wasted your money on the glutamine. Do a search for glutamine and he has some decent research concerning the effects of glutamine on muscle recovery/growth.
Did the search-here it is: the BEST SUPP STACK EVER, you wont feel like a NATTY I don't have any experience with liquid creatine, but I haven't heard anything good about it.

well the m1-t beside it says anabolic, and everyone has said since i'm only 20 i shouldn't be fooling with anabolic stuff

Get regular creatine powder or caps, liquid is a waste, the way it is digested it basically is worthless. (From personal experience and reading other's on the boards)
