Dex/Malto Question
Hey, I heard that consuming dextrose and maltodextrin post work out was good and I was wondering if anybody could tell me what a good ratio of Dex/Malto would be? If you could please be specific like, tablespoons, grams or some type of measurement. Thanks very much

I responded in your other thread. I usually put in 6 tablespoons of dextrose in my shake. I would say you could split it up 3 and 3 tblspoons of each.

See the thing that confuses me is that Im seeing like 1/2 cup serving for the Maltodextrin and 1.25 teaspoon serving for the dextrose so its kind of a big difference.

I would just go with 3 tblspoons of each. The 1/2 cup seems a bit too much for a shake.
