Clover Leaf has some awesome flavored tuna. They have a thai chili that is really good and the tomato/onion is awesome too.
I didn't like the lemon pepper though! They also have a tuna in olive oil that I would have to say is my favorite. I think Clover Leaf might be a Canadian company though, not sure. Nonetheless, the flavored tuna's are really good.
