Those Lactose pills
Hey guys, do those Lactose pills work. I was because i was reading on some book i got that they help when drinking milk to prevent bloating and the ugly gas that comes along with milk. Ive been wanting to bulk up more and wanted to add milk to the diet. I dont mind on getting too bulky and a bit if fat. I wanna reach 260-270 by next year of bulk.
Could those pills help me with it or should i skip.

they do actually work, provided you're not EXTREMELY lactose intolerant.
if you're only mildly to moderately, they're pretty good. I take two of them on the rare occasions when I have anything dairy related, and consider my intolerance to it on the high moderate side. they do get a little expensive though, use the generic brand, same exact thing but labelled specifically for the store you buy it at (safeway, qfc, giant, etc). roll with it; if worse comes to worse, you can buy lactose free milk as well.
