Salmon is excellent. Nothing beats salmon, mushrooms and steamed vegetables.

NYCmitch25 will become famous soon enough
Beef
8 oz grilled sirloin steak
1 baked potato
1 cup mixed veggies, such as broccoli
small mixed-green salad oil/vinegar
*I like to get thin slices and cook for 2mins on each side. Rub garlic power or steak seasoning into it first (dont over do it). Cut into 1/2 inch stripes and throw over a mixed-greens (buy prewashed and packaged). A little fat free ranch/ceasar dressing.

or

Hamburger 1/2lb of 90-95% lean ground beef (optional add chopped onions)
1/2 Teaspoon of garlic powder
on multigrain roll with tomato slice, 2 pickle slices, mustard, ketchup.

Salmon
Get a 8oz Salmon filet fresh. A little olive oil in a pan and cook skin side down until the skin is crispy and most of the pink i gone.
Frozen mixed veggies and 1/2 cup of Uncle bens 10min brown rice.

or

Buy a marinade for salmon (check for sodium/sugar if your dieting). Let it marinage overnight or a few hours. Put in on the grill (forman works) or broiler.

*An excellent topping for salmon. 1-2 chopped garlic cloves mixed with 2 kiwi's chopped.

Ahi Tuna Filets
(or use Salmon)
8oz fresh ahi tuna steaks.
Combine olive oil, basil, vinegar, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme. Marinate steaks 30 minutes; grill and baste 5 minutes or until steaks flake easily.
