BMR calculators
I saw YJ's post on BMR calculation, and I was wondering how that compares to the calculator at exrx.net, which is at http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/CalRequire.html That calculator also uses the Harris Benedict equation, but you can enter your hours spent doing a particular activity. Any comments on the two?

It has a more precise equation for figuring your activity level, which obviously would make it more accurate than the standard .10 used in my post. I would be eager to see the write up and numbers used 'behind the curtains' of this gadget...
