Great website and information!! I have read many articles on your site and I have been working out for 1 year now and I went from 187 to 212(6'3") and kept my bf at 16%. I just wanted to say thanks for all the great info and I am looking forward to another great year.

I am actually in the process of putting together my new routine and diet, which I plan on starting Sept 1st. I'll post it soon for opinions. Thanks again for all the great info posted.

I made the mistake of never taking pictures. I will take some digitals, so I can compare to next year. It seems like the gains have slowed down, so it looks like I need to shake things up a bit. I have been slacking off a bit with my diet this summer, but I spent some time and I put togther my new workout plan and meal plan worked out. I will start it September 1st and try to carry it out to March and then cut. I am not looking to get huge, I just want another 15lbs. Hopefully, I'll pull it off.
