Critique my diet
bulking diet... stats are 5'9.. 185 12-15%bf
M1 - 8 egg whites 1 yolk, 1/2 cup oatmeal PWO - Protein shake, OJ M2 - tuna, 1/2 cup oatmeal, fish oil M3 - protein shake, either granola bar or pb crackers M4 - either chicken breast/ground beef/steak with 1 cup of spinach, fish oil M5 - same as M4 but with 1/2 cup oatmeal M6 - same as M5 M7 - cottage cheese and protein shake and i'll mix up the oatmeal with rice and sweet potatoes and M3 is inbetween my classes so it has to be a protein shake and somethin else and i also eat some almonds/cashews/peanuts with my meals Last edited by SloppyJo : 07-23-05 at 06:48 PM. |

im just learining this diet stuff my self but i weight 240 9%bf and thats almost as much as i eat you should grow off that.
