I wouldn't do cottage cheese or casein pwo--keep that whey protein.
You can do either the casein or cottage cheese as the last meal about 30min before bed.

ok thats not too much at one time bc i usually wo then go home and go to bed. so take the whey on the way home then the casein/cottage cheese 30min before going to bed. i usually study before i go to bed so im up for a while.

I personally like the PWO shake with in 20 minutes of finishing a work out, then within an hour, lean meat and complex carbs. You have to see what works best for you. So that's something to work through. You can't say either one is right or wrong simply by the posts. You still have to see what is right for you. I never have tried a cutting diet with my workout being that late in the evening though.

yea i know i hate working out so late. but im taking clases to become a paramedic and i start work right after class so i dont have time to do it during the day. i guess i gotta cut back on work lol
