Anyone a believer in juicing vegetables?

Just curious what some of your thoughts are on this.

I would rather just eat the vegetables raw. You get all the fiber with that. I gnaw on raw carrots and broccoli at work a lot. Vegetable juice makes me gag. I lose all the nutrients when it comes out my nose.

Might as well just get some V8. Tastes better and don't have to get so many vegetables to make it.

I have just read that vegetables and fruits lose all their nutrient value within a few hours after being processed or cooked. You should eat them raw or juice/drink them right away. What I heard about juicing is that you can obviously get a concentrated amount of nutrients from the vegy's because you can drink a hole bag of carrots, where it would be hard to eat that many.

I was just curious.

You also throw away a lot of the fiber which is of course a key reason why we should eat vegetables.

I am positive that drinking an entire bag of carrots would be somewhat beneficial but I highly doubt that you could possible digest all of the nutrients. There has to be a better way...

You could mix it with test suspension and shoot it in your quad....

Don't try this at home, kids. It's a joke....
