I drank 1 gallon of water
for the first time in my life yesterday! I have been managing between 80 and 90 oz for the past few weeks but I finally managed to get over the 1 gallon barrier! It wasnt' too difficult, other than to always walk around at work with a big glass of water in my hand and refill religiously as soon as it was over.
I don't think I have ever peed as much in a single day either, lol...

Congratulations!! It makes a big difference staying hydrated, especially if you're taking creatine. The frequent trips to the bathroom is a pain though-especially if you have a lot of meetings at work. I've resorted to carrying around a gallon jug to make sure that I drink at least that much in a day, and that doesn't count what I drink while I'm working out or in any shakes I have.
