I just got the baddest headache
It was right after I did alot of sprinting.....
i sprint regularly, i usually don't get headaches.....could it be from listening to music to loud in my headphones? my head is really killing me right this second |

In all seriousness that's a sign of high blood pressure. If you can check it right now do so. If not and it continues to happen start checking it. Alot of times it's early signs of heat exhaustion and there is a very fine line between heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Major concern should be applied if the systolic (top number) gets over 140 or the diastolic (bottom number) gets over 90, at a resting heart rate.

i dont have anything to check my blood pressure but it was only 67 degrees outside tonight, i didn't feel overheated and i've been drinking plenty of water throughout the day
the temperature was perfect too, i wish the temp stayed at 67 degrees 100% of the time year round |
