Hearty Man is no Lean Cuisine. Try the kraft south beach meals if you want one with decent protein, carbs and fat. Don't recommend anyway, but if you have to resort to a frozen meal, they're the best.

My father eats that shit. He buys some mexican T.V. dinner that has like 27g fat, 15g sat fat, and a shitload of sodium. He goes to the gym with me and goes on the tredmil and walks for 30 min. Then goes home and eats cereal or a full breakfast before he goes to bed. I'm like and the purpose of you even going to the gym is..? He also bought this hydroxycut shit which to me is a bunch of BS in a bottle. Then hes on cholestorol medication which isn't going to do shit either. But he keeps telling me he knows what he's doing and tells me I don't eat alot. I get so pissed at him and no matter how I tell him, he won't listen to me. It really hurts my feelings to see him poison himself like that because I really do love my dad but damn it. Eating like that to me is really a bad addiction like cigarettes.
