Drinks for bulking...
I have a question about what to drink when bulking. Many people disregard all dieting practices in hopes of adding that extra mass but I'm not looking for sloppy bulk. I know that the carbonation in sodas can effect proper digeestion, so what do you guys normally drink instead of water when bulking.

I mostly drink water, but on the occasion I drink gatorade if I'm skipping the caffiene.

Oh, I forget about the Crystal light alot of times. I try not to find alternatives and just focus on water. But it's good stuff.
