Is it nessecary to eat protein/carb and protein/fat combos while on bulking diet or is it ok to mix it up.

It takes longer for fat to hit your system than carbs, so there is no need to separate the two. Go ahead and eat protein/carb/fat in meals, assuming you aren't doing slin.
