What do you apply it too? I love PB, but I have trouble finding a place to add it in.

Nothing bro. I have it with my last meal of the day. Protein/Fat meal. I eat my eggs and then I sit down and scoop the PB right out of the jar. Dosent sound like much but when your eating clean for months on end it really starts to be a nice treat.

Another good one is a brand called Crazy Richards. Its all Nat., I just prefer it because it has no sodium in it.

I love spooning out PB. I have got my 2 year old daughter hooked on it as well. All I have to say is " time for a snack" and she will start saying "pbutter daddy". She has to have her own spoon. My wife gets the biggest kick out of walking into the family room and seeing me and Breanna taking turns dipping the spoon in the jar while we are sitting on the couch.

I just had almost a half jar a moment ago with a little skim milk. I try to keep atleast 3 jars in the house of the Smucker's Natty PB. It's $2 something at the local store.

The Costcos where I live have Adams Natural Peanut Butter, 5lbs for about $7. It is a bit salty but pretty good otherwise. I think it is made by one of the biggies - Skippy or Smuckers or someone like that.
