Sodium and Carbs

Hey Fella's whats up?

Im doing this Ultimate Diet for one week, which is personally putting the final touches on my cut for the year, then its bulk season baby! The last 4 days of the 7 day diet are carb load days I am 195lbs at 9% bf and my intake of carbs for that day will be 585 grams. You would think I would be ablke to eat tons of oatmeal, brown rice and wheat bread, however this is also a stage of sodium depletion. I need to find good complex carbs that contain no sodium, while also keeping my water levels to a bare minimum those 4 days. I have found Kashi Puffed Cereal is good with zero sodium, 13grams of carbs every cup, bananas have 1mg of sodium and sweet potatoes have a minimal amount of sodium. Anyone else got Ideas of good carbs with barley any sodium that I can eat on these carbload days. I would use oatmeal but i have to be careful with the amount of water i use, thanks a lot THE WARRIOR!

You could eat oatmeal without cooking it. I do that a lot when I'm in a hurry to get carbs quick and easy. Ezekiel bread is a good whole grain bread with only 80mg/serving. I'd still think that oats and sweet potatoes could be most of the carbs if you're worried about sodium. You could do other grain cereals too like steel cut oats, seven grain hot cereal.
I don't recall from the book why sodium and water are an issue unless you care about the bloat--it shouldn't affect your metabolism. Care to refresh my memory?!
