Question BIG RON Breakfast

Can anyone tell me what the hell Ronnie was having for breakfast in the 2003 redemption video, I saw; Eggology (pure egg white), Grit (some quaker oats prep I presume) and a cheese slice.

Cheese on eggy porridge? eh?

Any help would be appreciated

If I remember correctly, he used 2 packs of oats and a pack of grits. I'll have to check tonight, but I think on friday, he used only grits cause he was out of oatmeal. I don't remember. Good reason to go watch it again.

I recently started eating a variation on Ronnie's breakfast to break up the monotomy of daily oatmeal. Being significantly smaller than Big Ron, I use two packages of Quaker instant grits, one slice of American cheese, and two or three whole jumbo eggs. I remember watching The Cost of Redemption and cringing at the sight of the stuff, but it actually tastes really good, and is an excellent choice of food for bulking.
