hard to keep eatin!

my last cycle was the best ever do to the fact that i have been learnin a lil about nutrition(thanks to this site) but now that the cycle is over and 7 months of forcing food down my face im just tired of it. besides all the junk food i want now. i got up to 240-245lbs 9%bf but now am slippin in weight and BF% how do you guy keep your diets up? should i have had more cheat meals? maybe not tryed to gain to much weight? ( i gained 20lbs LBM) now we have the holydays and i just got sick so i feel realy fucked right now. a lil advise would be great thanks for your time.

wat you could do is use your blender and mix up oats olive oil or flax oil eggs and protein and natural pb or a banana in there and drink it

i find if i am tired of eating or consuming calories, i can make one or two of my meals liquid this way so it is a little easier...

as for the craving junk food..i find if i jsut treat myself to some junk food for a few days i get it out of my system...

agreed...the more I eat junk food, especially junk meals in bunches, the more I get the feeling that I've worked too hard to just throw it all away in a couple meals...I get this feeling a lot esp. during pre-contest, when it seems like 2 weeks of dieting will be undone by 2 cheat meals

mentally you need a break, everyone does, from cycles, from lifting...why not from dieting? pretty soon you'll get tired of junk and start craving that regular, clean diet again
