Is this okay for my body?

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mt/cell.html its says it makes you gain muscle mass fast, however Im 15 and I heard some stories that creatine can hurt me

What? I just heard that too much creatine for teens like me can hurt my kidneys but Im not sure because I heard some people say its a myth but I just don't know

creatine isn't bad for you, just drink lots of water (as you should anyway). And don't cbuy Cell-Tech. Buy regular creatine monohydrate and dextrose, or creatine ethyl ester or some other ester

you can use creatine with no problems. at your age eat correctly, train hard and gains will come.

your balls may shrink a bit but besides that youll be fine. creatine has been proven harmless many times, by non-supplement sponsored researchers. the only problem is if you take too much youll get horrible intestinal cramps so take it in moderation. remember, you eat creatine everyday in meats so dont let anyone tell you its dangerous, they eat it too. by the way, your balls will be fine

Im from Russia so I have good diet because my grandmother always taught me to eat well so I don't drink any soda's eat candy, chips or mcdonalds Im all healthy meat, soups, poatoes, lots of bread, water, milk I just want CELL-TECH for monsterous gains that will add to my 2 lbs a week results and make it 5-10!
