critique my cutting diet

I am begining to cut and would like to know if im on the right track, upon waking up I run for 30 minutes first then meals go as follows:

After run: Metrx MRP 38 g protein 19 g carbs
an hour and 1/2 later: 4 eggs w/4 oz. 90-10 ground sirloin
an hour and 1/2 later: 2 chicken breasts w/2 whole wheat toast
an hour and 1/2 later: Isopure protein 40 g protein 0 carbs
an hour later: weight training
pwo:protein shake w/40 g of protein
an hour and 1/2 later: a steak w/ greens

I now weigh 202 lbs about 15% bodyfat, want to get down to about 185 and 10% or lower bodyfat.

that schedule usually occupies the time that I am awake. I am 5'8 at 202 lbs about 15% bodyfat. as stated earlier want to get down to about 185 at 10% or less bf(btw weight doesnt really matter). BMR=3524.7. I like eating chicken and beef. I am taking 12.5 mg/100 mg of ephedra/caffiene twice daily and will pyramid up to 25 mg/200 mg 3 times daily by the third week. Thanks.

I would check your calories on your proposed diet. Just doing a quick estimation of the cals you have there, I figure it's about 1500cals or so. Definitely not 3000 though, which is as low as it should go if you want to maintain muscle mass.
I think you should decide what macronutrient split you want, figure out how many grams of each that is for the day and then split that into the number of meals you are going to eat.
