Hey everyone, I recently got told about Creatine. It doesn't look bad to have, do you think it is essentle for body building at the age of 17?

True, not essential. May be helpful but its more important to eat the right thing at the right time. I've noticede that after some time off from creatine, when I take it now it makes my stomach feel upset and its harder to eat all of my meals that day. Creatine IMO is one of those things that youre never going to get a solid answer for. some people like it and some dont. You need to learn as much as you can and then make your own decision. The good thing about creatine is that it isnt very dangerous (that i have heard) so you can try it for yourself and see how your body reacts.
