Update since last month...

Hey Guys just wanted to say thanks for the diet tips last month. I made the changes you guys suggested. And wieghed myself for the first time since last night and I'm up to 190lbs. As soon as I up'd my carb intake I noticed a change. To me this is a pretty big deal cause I've never gotten up to a lean 190 naturally, a little over 4 years ago I was 135 lbs soaking wet so I'm pretty excited. I'm going to keep bulking the rest of the year and try to get up over 200 and do my cycle maybe over the winter. Just wanted to give an update and say thanks guys

Good to hear! Keep it up--are you taking pics or measurements to monitor progress? I don't trust scales anymore.

I'm not sure how I missed this thread for so long but congrats bro.

Once you have a decent diet in place it is easy to make drastic changes just by adjusting nutrient intakes slightly. Unfortunately, we can't ever seem to see what is right in front of us without having someone else point it out. I am always doing this myself. Silly humans ...

Thanks bro, yeah just added some brown rice to a few meals and made a few other adjustments and saw a difference right away.

Ten more pounds to go until I'm bitching about ten more
