does anybody know if there is a limit on how much carbohydrates you can take in, in one sitting, will it only absorb so much like protein or is the sky the limit as far a carbs are concerned

I *think* whatever isn't absorbed is stored as fat...I dunno, I guess it would depend on if they're simple, complex, if something's slowing the absorption...I dunno...did you Google it?

You can have too much of anything. Whether it gets passed through your system or is stored as fat, I think, has to do with it having a calorie count or not(or not, like in vitamins).

i did google it, i was just wondering because last time i leaned out i would sometimes take in 70 grams of protein, now im limiting myself to 25 to 35 and im looking a lot harder, the reason i want to know is when i bulk in the off season though fat is inevitable i think it's a good idea to give your body what it can use versus storing it as fat.
