an example of the zig zag carbsq

can someone give me an example of a zig zag carb routine. or should i just diet right... im 22, ecto.. about 5'10 amost 5'11 206lbs and about 12% body fat (guess) what do u guys suggest as far as droping 12-15lbs to shread up alittle.. i have always been eating for bulking year round for the past 2 years...i was 140lbs 4 years ago...any help would be appriciated guys thanks..

um...definitely diet right...I think you're looking forr carb cycling, so here goes...

lets say you eat 3500 cal a day to maintain...40% of your cal coming from carbs would be 350. You could have a day at 350 carbs, 2 at 200, then two at 100, then one at 350...etc. You could add protein and fat in the low days to make it close to 3150 (10% less than 3500)

After 2 weeks, lets say you're now 199, down from 206, and your caloric req is now 3100...40% of that is 310 carbs a day...and so on

That's how I'd diet for a show or something...maybe not soooo much micromanagement but that'd be my basic structure
