Righteous bro - I don't know if I could get out of bed knowing that was the first thing I had to eat ...

I would personally, for my own mental well being, at least use your protein and oats here instead of tuna. Better yet, try your egg whites here with the oats.

10:00am 70gms protein shake Isopure with zero carbs

IMO you have too many supplemental shakes in here. Try the tuna with some low-carb vegetables.

12:00pm 2 cans of tuna and a salad dry

2:00pm 70gm protein shake Isopure with zero carbs

Again, try some whole food protein sources and throw in some sort of vegetable.

4:00pm 15 egg whites

Your fats are already too low IMO so I would go with 10 egg whites and two whole eggs. Also, throw in some carbs, half a cup of oats won't kill you.

6:30pm chicken or can of tuna with 1/2 cup of oats

I would either cut the chicken/tuna or rearrange the meals prior to this so that you're not eating any closer than an hour to your workout. There are numerous reasons not to eat this close to a workout but the one that always bothers me the most is the damamge it can do to your stomach/bowels.

7:00pm workout

9:00pm 2 cans of tuna 1/2 cup of oats

Replace your PWO meal with the protein shake and no more than 30-40 high GI carbs since you're cutting.

11:00 protein shake 70gms

Move your 2 cans of tuna/oats meal to this time slot.

Overall, I think that you may be trying to cut fats and carbs too quickly. I don't know what you were eating before this diet to maintain but you're probably getting less than 100 carbs with your first plan. I would try and start with possibly 200 grams of carbs and add in some fats to see if you can hold your weight steady at this level and then slowly cut them back to 150 over time. Also, I would rather you increase cardio frequency and keep the calories the same once you dip down to as low amount of calories as you first laid out.

Thank you for putting the time into laying this out nicely. It goes a long way in your favor. The only other questions I would ask is what is your current caloric intake, what is your current bf and what does the cardio actually consist of and when?

that seems like very few carbs, I'm not sure how long I'd survive on a cup and a half of oats a day...why not mix in some sweet potatoes too?
