Confused on type of diet
*I've tried to do as much research as possible before posting this thread*
One thing that I've noticed just about everywhere I go on the net is that most diets are for people who want to get big or are allready big and just need to lose a few pounds of fat to get the "cut" they want.Well what about us 300 pounders who are mostly fat?I read that inorder for us to lose weight we have to either A)Eat less calories than our daily requirements or B) through exercise use more calories than we put in. Which is all fine and dandy until you read that you have to eat alot of calories to acutally put on muscle. So it makes it a lose fat or put on muscle and stay big type pof choice or is there a happy medium between the two?My diet consists is getting better everyweek.I eat chicken, oatmeal, veges and fruits now.i try to stay away from junk food as much as possible.Im trying to eat clean and watch my calories and thats working out great, but now Im fearing that I may not be eating enough for my muscle to grow to there potential.I dont want to be selling myself short in the gym because my diet aint right,ya know?My weight is currently between 285-290 so I know the fat is droppin off and my weight lifting numbers have gone up so I know the muscle is being added so I guess I shouldnt worry too much, but I just wanna know is there anything else I could be doing as far as calorie intake vs. expenditure. I just read the sticky up top and here are the stats that I know.... Im 6'3",285-290,not sure on BF(sure its high) my goal is to lose as much BF ass possible while adding a good amount of muscle,i know my BF will probly never be in the teens but I dont want to embarress myself at the beach either my daily calorie needs for moderate exercise is 3828 I eat all kinds of foods there is no time requirements but i prefer ASAP as far as cardio I love the elliptical machine.i try to do 35 minute at atleast 400 calories 3 times a week Im not taking any diet ainds as I dont what to take I was thinking about hycroxycut but im not sure BTW,what are the benefits of drinking green tea?everyone recommends it but they never say why? Try a ketogenic cyclic diet.
Fluxuate your carbs from extremely low one week, to moderate the next. Be sure to get plenty of keto strips on hand first. This is not only doable but interesting, as long as you inspect your food for ANY any ALL carbs. |
