Van's Waffles
Has anyone tried these? THe ingredients include steel cut oats, whole weat flour, buckwheat, and flax oil. The fat to protein ratio isn't that great (10g F/5g P) but I'm assuming most are EFA's. They don't taste bad either.

ya they are good stuff...its hard to find them though usually in specialty stores...they have excellent selection and low carb ones also...http://www.vanswaffles.com/

really i have to check that out i have bj's and costco near me but no sams club....thats awsome for you though....all though my bj's carries the full line of applegate farms which you gotta love..
