meal replacement bars for cutting diets

hey guys just wanted to get some opinions... i am starting another cutting diet and i need a quick meal replacement solution that requires no preparation since my boss is very strict about eating when not on lunch break... so i am looking for a meal replacement bar that would work well with my diet... i am on a cutting diet like as follows with meals 3 hours apart

meal 1 - 1 cup oatmeal, 5 egg whites and one whole egg scrambled together, scoop of whey protein

meal 2 - this is where i am looking for a good meal replacement bar such as labrada lean body gold bar or mhp up your mass bar (suggestions welcome)

meal 3 - 3 grilled chicken tenders (4 oz each), cup of brown rice, broccoli

meal 4 - 3 grilled chicken tenders (4 oz each), broccoli or mixed veggies

meal 5 - can of tuna, flax oil, scoop of casein protein

as you can see i am trying to consume my carbs in the first three meals only... do you guys have any suggestions on which meal replacement bars would be good with my cutting diet?

umm, maybe im missing something here but a bar is far harder to sneak then a shake.

you simply keep the powder in a protein shaker cup such as this http://superior-research.com/shop/images/shaker.jpg

all you would need to do is add water real quick and chug it down.

with a bar, it will take like 10 minutes to chew through thee goey hard mess. bars are filled with fillers and other garbage. i can honestly not suggest any bar that is decent.

This is a great tasting recipe that I modified from one I found on 'bolex

You're not allowed to drink all day either? A shake would be just like having a glass of water!

just get something with low carb bro. Bouncer is right on-bars are shit. any MRP will do the trick. mix in some healthy fats (EFA's) and this will help in slowing down the digestion process.
