need a new diet...

alright ive read the posts on here and most everybody has their diets already and just need 'tweaking' well im a little different situation. im 6'0 240 and im trying to lose weight. i just want to lose the weight, ya kno, lean down, and then build up muscle. so im asking for a diet thats built for efficient weight loss, preferably as fast as possible, im really trying to get into shape, and i am going to stay dedicated all the way, i just need some guidence from people with knowledge as well as experience.

If you want to lose weight fast try this: A generic beginners carb-cycling diet

Then after you get rid of some bodyfat, go to a traditional diet where you eat (good) carbs everyday.

im going to start doing that carb rotation diet this week, i will most likely do it for 4 weeks and then see where im at before i go to another diet

ya, i ate some grilled chicken today, and some brocilli & cheese
and then a sloppy joe minus the bun lol

and i got my phentermine in today and wow
that stuff works in a hurry lol
felt like i been speedin my balls off today lol

4 weeks isn't very long for any diet to work. You might drop some water weight in 4 weeks but probably not a whole lot of fat. 6 weeks would be the minimum amount of time I'd expect results in.
