I am starving and its 1:30 Am
I dont want cottage cheese and I dont know what the hell casien or whatever it is is.................Please HELP!!! I am 6'7" 315lbs 18%bf I need to eat cause the coppenhagen long isnt cutting it anymore

Its probably a little late for this but any protein shake (whey) will work, its just not the best because it is absorbed faster. Or you could cook up some chicken tenders or some other protein. Just stay away from the carbs at night.

Thats exactly what I did. I cooked up a few chicken tenders and that really hit the spot but I was just worried if that was a bad thing to do or not. What about tuna late at night?

basically the same as chicken except for it tastes like ass IMO. Shouldnt be a problem, just be careful what you eat it with. No sugar/carbs.
