Protien intake
what is everyone's protien intake per day, mine is around 350g

right now mine is about 200-250g/day... but i'm trying to cut up a little bit and am off-cycle.

I think its smart to also post your weight.
260 min from WHOLE FOODS + 70 from shakes =320g. 330g/194lbs = 1.7g/lb |

I take in about 430 each day. I am leaning out a bit though, because I am eating only 3600 calories.

My protein intake varies from 250g to 400g depending on off season/precontest training and aas cycle. using 1st class protein sources and very little meal replacements/protein shakes.
5 ft 9 off season 230lbs contest 200 lbs. |

My protiend goes from 200g to 500, sometime even higher depending of if I go to a all you can eat buffet lol. Lately I'm getting tired of eating and cooking so protein drinks and meal replacements take 100 - 150 g. I really think of food lately as in Pounds of meat.

Mine also varies from about 250 to 400. Its all depoendent on what my goals are.
