Trouble with appetite during heatwave...

I have been having A LOT of trouble eating with this high heat/humidity thing going on lately. I just can't seem to eat enough calories to supplement my mass workouts, so I stopped gaining as a result. I'm trying hard to eat (I have the mental will) but everything is so labored. Is there anything that I can take as a supplement to INCREASE appetite at least until this heat wave breaks? Exercise isn't making me either. I seem a lot hungrier in cooler weather. I'm starting my fourth week into a test enth cycle and I'm pissed because I have all of the right foods but can't get the food down. I'm lucky to get even three meals down a day right now. It's like this heat is just sucking the freaking appetite away....HELP!

I guess that I should have just gone on a cutting cycle this summer instead, lol.

there's the old b12 option, but all you can do is get your MR drinks in to beat the heat.

try eating in cold places, don't sweat it bro, the thermogenics will do you good

Thanks Mr. Incredible.

I'll try B-12 (oral version) and I have been considering MRs as well but I'd like to keep a good protein/carbs/fat ratio as much as possible. It is to the point where even drinking a protein shake (with water) is practically too much to finish.

You know, I don't have central AC right now because I need to insulate my house first but I'm thinking about at least a window AC unit and practically living in that room for a few weeks until this heat crap mellows out a bit. I think that cold causes me to burn more calories and stimulates my appetite. I still would like any suggestions as to other appetite stimulants that I may not be aware of though.

The B12 will most definitely help with appetite and energy.

Sometimes a no-carb day can stimulate your appetite.

You know what though, we had 36 degrees centigrade in England the other day and I was either in an AC office or in my car with AC on. The thing is although I wasn't that hot all day I still felt drained and I wonder if you don't get as much oxygen or you get more carbon dioxide or something when your in AC all day, instead of norlmal air.

I'm looking at getting some sore of fan for my house but I'm a little scepticle about AC, I don't think they're healthy all the time, maybe thats whats affecting your appetite?

Thanks for the advice guys. I think that I am going to revamp my mass cycle and make it a cutting cycle instead (only 4th week into a 16 weeker) because of the lack of calories I'm taking in right now. I'm not exactly fat just now but I could stand to lose maybe 1-1/2 inches at my waist. Everywhere else I'm relatively lean.

I figure that I'll take advantage of the situation and just take it down to about 500-700 below BMR, alternate a few cycles of clen-T3 with ECA to drop some BF now. I'll take a break for a few months after my PCT is complete and then check bloodwork again and if good, I'll go whole hog in December or January with a mass cycle - test enth and boldenone. All of that nice fresh chicken and beef I bought recently will keep nicely in the freezer until winter, lol. Cold = hungry :p

Hell, it's even harder to eat than when I was on an M1T/4-AD cycle. So, I guess that I'l just go with my body's tendencies and use it to achieve some decent results. I should be relatively close to where I'm shooting for mass-wiseby next late spring/earlysummer. Then comes the big cutter and then the beach, lol. Thanks again, guys!
