Help with Diet
I was hoping to get some help with my diet. I am planning to run a cycle in about a month with test, tren, and dbol. I have everything cyclewise taken care of but My diet could use some major tweaking or maybe complete demolition.
Stats: I am 5'10, 190 lbs, 10%bf, BMR=3168. Goals: I would like to put on around 15lbs of lean muscle, this will be more of a strength/lean bulker than an all out mass bulker. I know some fat gain will occur but I would like to minimze that as much as possible. I am not a big fan of tuna or pork but I love chicken, all other fish/seafood, and I don't realy eat vegetables except green beans. No problem with any carbs. Current diet: Havnt calculated totals just tryin to eat clean 7:30 protein shake with skim milk Mid morning snack: fruit (orange/apple) 12:00-1:00: Chicen breast or lean beef cut with potato 3:00-4:30: Work out 5:00: Protein shake Evening snack: Chicken Breast or Lean beef cut with potato 10:00 Fruit (orange/apple) Bedtime: Protein shake I feel like this isnt too bad but I dont have the knowledge to improve upon it anymore Can someone please give me some suggestions??? Thanks!!!!! |

Well, you've only got two whole-food meals in there and the carbs seem really low. Try this:http://www.superiormuscle.com/vbulle...558#post364558
