Every day meals...

I am just curious to see how many people there are that eat the same meal at the same time of day everyday?

Some people find it boring to eat the same thing over and over but it doesnt bother me cuz i hate sitting down and taking time to enjoy a meal, i like to cook, eat, and go. (I eat to live not live to eat) My main intake of carbs every day is definately oatmeal. Takes a minute to cook and about 5 minutes to eat and im done. Eggs and chicken/steak is my main protein for the day.. Same 8 eggs every morning with oats and chicken or steak for lunch and dinner with oats. The only meal i really change is maybe dinner because i like getting fancy with veggies and salads so that might be different from day to day.

To me, eating like this is really easy to keep up and alot easier for dieting. I see alot of people that get sooo frustrated because they think they have to eat something different and some huge ass gormet meal 5 times a day while still keeping it healthy and clean. My way its always clean, nutritious and quick! This may be weird but i used to be one of those frustrated people back when i was out of shape. I used to think of diet as some rocket science thing and you needed to have a degree in freakin cooking arts so i gave up dieting on and off alot because of that. so i keep things simple!

It depends. If you're cutting, especially if you're trying to get into contest shape, it's easier to eat the same thing everyday. Personally, I just make sure I get my protein in and try to avoid high GI carbs.

I have some core foods that are always in my diet like, tuna, eggs, oatmeal, chicken and steak. But I have to change it up at least a little bit so that I don't get bored with my diet. But hey, if you can eat the same thing everyday then more power to ya. I wish I could.

I can go weeks eating the exact same thing but no longer than a month and then I have to change it completely.

When I'm cutting I'll eat the same thing at the same time every day. When I'm bulking I still pretty much eat the same thing but I throw 1 or 2 cheat meals in a week. Damn I love those cheat meals!!!
