I can't eat clean!!
Just to make it clear, I eat a good bit cleaner than the average college student, but still not quite as clean as I should. I go to the damn cafeteria and i see the pastas, burgers, etc. and can't help myself. I am trying to get bigger right now, so it doesnt hurt me all that much, but I hate having a gut and im gettin a little one which is pissing me off. I can get myself jacked up for a workout and drag myself out of the bed to run early in the morning while cutting, but I dont have the fuckin willpower to eat a damn turkey sandwich with whole wheat instead of a burger or somethin. Not to mention the damn soft-serve ice cream machine. I feel like my GF on her period I cant ignore the damn cravings. Any advice? Anyone use anything to motivate themselves to keep eating clean similar to one would before workouts?

i made some of my best gains not eating clean but looks like your going fuking nuts.
log what you eat in Fitday.com and you'll probably say holy shit. get a appetite suppressant to deal with cravings i.e synephedrine hcl or ephedra stack. its ok if you bulking maybe 1 time a day. are you eating clean for some reason? high bf? i dont worry about a burger or 2. try not to eat high GI carbs (the fries and soda along with it) at least not every day. |

Can't is a fuckin pussy ass word dude. Get out of that damn shit. Click that link and you will see a pic of a buddy of mine at 340 lbs. The last pic is him at 195. He used to say the same shit until i just about had to kick his ass. He used no supplements just pure diet, and basicaly as i was learning about diet and stuff from this website, i was also teaching him and giving him meals to eat that i ate and had him train at the gym right along with me. Don't ever say you can't, just get pissed off, punch a hole through the wall and start saying you can!!!

Yes, I love it!! Can't was probably the worst choice of words I could have used. I thought about it a lot today and I just forced myself to eat clean all day. It sucked, because all it consisted of was dry ass turkey sandwiches with whole weat, and raiding the salad bar for random ingredients. I just tried to get myself jacked up for every meal, just like I would a workout. Surprisingly it worked. Sorry I said can't, that's basically a sin here right? By the way BadMF that shit's impressive.

You really need to rededicate yourself to it bro. Find your motivation. When I got started I was 135 lbs, my goal was 200lbs which I am now 2 lbs away from. Now that I've almost reached my goal of five years, I realized I want more. It's not enough. That's how you have to think. The only way to do it is to eat and eat clean. Good luck bro

Try to tell yourself that you are eating for a purpose not for taste. When I take a bite of my sixth chicken breast of the day, I tell myself I am getting closer to my goal and I'll be seeing another line of striation.

I go through periods of not wanting to eat and having to force myself. Also for a entire week sometimes i just eat junk with maintaining 250 + protien a day. Eating clean is great but sometimes you have to get it out of your system and eat some junk. Understand. I don't compete, this is a hobby for me not a job. When I was serous and was in best shape of my life I cheated every Sunday after a six day routine. Calories was over 11,500 protien 350+ and a nutritionist said I was eating a balanced diet still hehe.
