For Low-Carb disciples: smoked herring
Just discovered this in the frozen food section at the supermarket. 22g protein, 15g fat....NIL carbs. These ones have extra fat because they have butter added, but I'm sure it'd be more like a 22/11 protein/fat split if you found a brand that didn't. The best part is the prep; drop the vacu-pack bag into water and boil 14 minutes....then it's ready to eat.

Sodium not listed....so probably high. Luckily, I don't worry too much about sodium.
