Remember how your mother forced you to eat your peas cause they were good for you? The same concept applies here. Choke it down like a soldier.

Say what?? It mixes better than any other protein I've had - not a grain of sand to be found!

see i agree with fog here. isopure has this "fine sand" texture that I hate. it mixes fine but it still has the texture. ON 100% whey mixes just as well.

This is why these threads are so funny. There is always such a mix of opinions that you end thinking "well damn - should I or should I not even bother trying that?"

bodybuilding.com will do, or bulknutrition.com.

I prefer apple and cherry, the texture, to me at least, is like juice. I refuse to use any other type of protein powder.

The texture of Isopure is kind of like a cream soda to me. I have never had the nectar though.

I am just finishing up my big tub of chocolate. I'll be starting the variety pack next week and I'll post some comments.

Just tried the Nectar Fuzzy Navel. I LOVE the way it mixes and drinks like water! The flavor is a little funky but I can stand it and will definitely try another flavor next.

Thanks a lot YJ - I will never drink those "other" kind of shakes again.

Yep - that's why I said it doesn't really do any good to get others opinions.

Is it the flavors that you can't get past? It can't possibly be the texture - its just like juice.

Ha ha... I forgot all about this thread.

I got a variety pack of the ATW Protein blend with the following flavors - vanilla, banana, orange, strawberry, chocolate, chocolate mint.

First of all, all the samples blended with water very well with just a spoon without any clumping, and I didn't have any lumps sticking to my teeth either after gulping it down.

I really liked the fruit flavors - banana, orange and strawberry were excellent with no aftertaste and just the right sweetness, not too sweet. Vanilla was ok as well but I'm not a big vanilla fan.

I didn't care too much for chocolate but that may be because I have been drinking chocolate protein shakes for ever and I'm sick of chocolate. The one that I absolutely detested was chocolate mint - not sure how others liked this one but I thought it was awful.
