How much of my diet can be liquid?
I'm winding down my first cutting diet and am planning out my next bulker. When I cut, I try to have no more than two "meals" from shakes on workout days and only one on non workout. For a bulker, how much is too much with the shakes? I'm planning on overshooting my BMR slightly with whole foods and then adding in another 300 or so liquid calories. Should I go more? less? or should I just stick with trial and error? Thanks all.

imo shakes are a last resort, you will benefit more from solid meals, shakes only if you are short on time or cals

3 meals, 3 shakes (1 being PWO) is the absolute max. IMO.
the shakes should have real food in them such as: oats milk bananas whey/casien etc. |
